Check-in

Check-in takes place at the Meteor Dormitory Reception, located in the main hall. On check-in days, we ask that only residents approach the reception desk. Family members and friends please wait in the courtyard, hall or in front of the building. This will make the work of staff and administration easier and speed up the entire process. Thank you!

The student room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, wall cabinets, a desk, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The room is equipped with a 70x80cm pillow, a 160x200cm duvet, and a blanket.
Students are required to provide their own pillowcases, sheets and towels.

Check-in Procedure:

1.Prepare and bring one printed ID photo and an ID (ID/passport).

2. The receptionist will find your name and surname on the list and provide you with the following documents for signing:

Dormitory place conditions of use agreement

You will receive two copies of the agreement. The agreement contains all information regarding due dates, payments, rent amounts, and account numbers for payments. A list of the room you will be occupying is also included. Please sign both agreements in the places indicated by the staff. Leave one copy at the reception desk and take the other with you.
The agreement is an official legal document confirming your residence in the dormitory.
You can read the agreement here: DORMITORY PLACE CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

Access Card Receipt Confirmation

This is an internal document confirming that you have collected and you are responsible for your room card. If you lose it, you will be charged 100 PLN for a new one.
Please provide your current contact details: phone number and email address for the Administration. This data will only be used when we need to contact you urgently. The Administration will send announcements and important information to all residents of the dormitory to the email address provided.

3. After signing both documents, you will receive:

Room Access Card

The access card is your „key” to the main entrance of the dormitory, the elevators, the stairwell, and your assigned room. Do not share it with anyone and always carry it with you – even in the dormitory, as the room doors lock automatically: if you do not take the card, you will not be allowed back in.

Meteor Dormitory Resident Card

The Meteor Dormitory Resident Card is an internal document that you must carry with you upon entering the dormitory. It must be presented whenever requested by staff or administration. It also authorizes you to use the gym or sports field, for example, and to let guests into the dormitory.

4. And that’s all! Welcome in Meteor and we wish you a successful 2025/2026 academic year!
